Can anyone identify this skeleton, found on a beech in South Uist during the Easter holidays?
Our finical controller Tanya found the skeleton pictured and brought it into our team "show and tell" on Tuesday last week.
Suggestions included; the sternum of a large sea mammal, a cranial bridge, part of a turtle. The worry was that it was just the washed up remains of someone's Christmas dinner!
