The team soon found they needed some administrative back up and so Diana turned up at the team meeting on Monday 27th April 2009 and stayed on!

Diana had worked with most of the team in the past so very soon put together some Health and Safety documentation, assisted Saffron with the background work to marketing the Company and started documenting the successful development of Baker Consultants by taking minutes of the team meetings each week.

Looking back on these notes is like taking a peek at the successful development of Baker Consultants, not only in terms of contracts won, but also in the development of its staff and the evolving ethos of the Company.
