Once Fred set up Baker Consultants, Susan hot-footed to join him on 24th March 2009.

Those of you who know Susan will also know that her top priority was to ensure the kitchen was equipped with the latest coffee grinder and coffee machine. Rest assured that’s one company asset which will be used to its maximum!

When the team meet each Monday it is usually at Fred’s house and he likes to take charge of the coffee making – Susan fidgets in the kitchen from foot to foot desperate to take over, but knows where the line is drawn…. She is only really happy when we meet at her house when she can grind and percolate to her heart’s content.
